A few years after my son Felix died, I embarked on a project with my photographer friend Kate Mount to record a year of visits to his burial place at Sharpham Meadow, which overlooks the Dart Estuary just outside Totnes.
Between 2021 and 2022 we visited once a month at dawn. We wanted to portray the passing of a year at this place of love, memory and mourning.
