Join Sophie Pierce for an illustrated talk about the many extraordinary locations featured in her memoir The Green Hill. From Crazywell Pool on Dartmoor, to Burgh Island off the South Devon coast and the River Dart, the book explores the way we relate to places both wild and ancient, and the role they play in our emotional lives. Sophie will also show a new short film: The Green Hill: a Year at Sharpham Meadow. This documents a year of dawn visits that Sophie made with photographer Kate Mount to the burial ground which overlooks the River Dart near Totnes.Tickets £5. Book here
